None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of TCT and/or its third party providers and distributors.

2. USE OF SITE. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

3. ON-LINE BOOKINGS. After making an On-Line reservation a Consultant will call you, at this time TCT will reconfirm the costing and any applicable rules. Form of payment will be asked for unless prior arrangements &/or previous bookings have been made. We reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to charge GBP 2.50 per transaction for reservations made but not ticketed by TCT.
You should be aware that the On-Line Booking Engine cannot automatically set-up T.O.D's (ticket on departure) or P.T.A's (pre-paid ticket advise). When booking an instant purchase fare you must obtain confirmation from a Consultant that the ticket has been issued within the applicable time scale (normally 12 hours), failure to do so could result in a cancelled booking &/or a higher fare being charged.

4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.

5. PRIVACY POLICY. When you reserve or purchase travel services through TCT, we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, hotel or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements.
We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.
You will occasionally receive updates from us about seats sales or news. We hope you will find these updates interesting and informative. TCT reserves the right to limit membership to those who will accept e-mails &/or facsimiles.

6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY. TCT AND THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND DISTRIBUTORS DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY OF THE CONTENT OR DATA FOUND ON THIS SITE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TCT, CTL OR THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR CLAIM DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (EXCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH (I) ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR CONTENT FOUND HEREIN, (II) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OF THIS SITE FOR RESERVATIONS OR TICKETING, OR (III) THE PERFORMANCE OR NON PERFORMANCE BY TCT, CTL OR THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OR DISTRIBUTORS, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER PARTY.

8. INDEMNIFICATION. You shall defend and indemnify TCT and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Web Site.

9. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of the site and this Agreement.

TCT has provided links to certain other World Wide Web sites solely for the convenience of Web users, and TCT is not responsible for the contents of other sites. Product and service information are the responsibility of each vendor &/or Web site provider.

14. SEVERABILITY. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
